Concession of Road Network Nº 4
The Road Network in Peru is made up by three large longitudinal road axis and close to 20 transversal roads that go through the national territory aiming to articulate the three natural regions of the country, the Coast, the Highlands and the Jungle.
The Road Network N° 4 Project comprises a number of interventions to be carried out in the departments of Lima, Ancash and La Libertad.The Concessionaire would be in charge of Construction of the second road between Pativilca and Trujillo -to an extension deemed feasible- and of Operation and conservation of sections constructed by the Concessionaire and others received after been executed by the Grantor.
Main Concession characteristics:
- Modality under which the concession will be granted: Comprehensive Project Bid.
- Self sustainable: Co-funding is not required.
- Extension: Approx. 362 Km. - Competition factor: It is a variable that will define the winner of the process. This is a percentage extension of kilometres of continued second road that the concessionaire is able to build over the minimum extension fixed by the State of the Republic of Peru.
- Estimated Investment: It will be fixed according to the awardees proposal. The Estimated Investment does not include the operation and conservation costs.
- Works Execution: approx. 3 years.
- Concession Term: 25 years.

Lima Electric Train
This project was proposed as a way to correct the imbalances within the public transport system and gradually address urban transport difficulties faced by travellers in Metropolitan Lima. The project includes providing the technical facilities and investing in connected infrastructure and services for the type of transport included in this tender.
The main characteristics of the concession are as follows:
- Concession granted through a comprehensive project competitive bid. The concessionaire will design; provide partial financing for the total investment, build, operate and maintain the special project for the Lima Callao Mass Transportation Electric System, comprising the Line 1 Villa El Salvador - Hospital 2 de Mayo (Av. Grau) segment for the entire term of the concession. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Metropolitan Lima Municipality.
- Concession Modality: Design, construction, integration and exploitation of the project. Scheme DFBOT.
- The Bidder will bring up to date or prepare the detailed engineering design for the Atocongo (San Juan de Miraflores) Terminal – Av. Grau (Cercado de Lima) segment.
- Term of the concession: 33 years.
- Grantor: Metropolitan Municipality of Lima (MML) that act as a local government of Peru.

Paita Port Terminal
The purpose of this project is the modernization, rehabilitation and provision of cranes, and other elements further specified in the Terms of Paita Port Terminal, and also the operation for a maximum term of 30 years.
The execution of work and equipment require one referential investment of US$ 127,8 millions, according to the pre – investment study “Modernization and Development of Paita Port Terminal” elaborated by National Port Authority.

Pisco Port Terminal
The project purpose is the modernization, rehabilitation and provision of cranes, and others elements further specified in the Terms, as well as the operation of the terminal for a period not over 30 years.
Characteristic of the Transaction:
- Comprehensive Project Bidding. Services and productivity levels will be required. - The investor will be in charge of technical solutions.
- The final design, construction, maintenance and operation will be at the expense of the investor.
- The investor will provide services to the ship and to the cargo, according to the established in the Concession Contract.
- This terminal will be facilities of public use, so third parties could be served.
- The Investor has the financial responsibility.
Investor Commitment:
- To make investment in construction, maintenance and operation of the infrastructure.
- To meet service indexes and other contracting obligations that will be stated in the Public
– Private Participation Contract.
- Should execute the following works and acquisitions:
Reconditioning of the marginal existing dock for the attention of container ships, conditioning of area support and extension of uncovered storage areas.
Acquisitions of different equipments to transport and pile up the containers.
Dredging for deepening area of manoeuvres and moorings. The execution of work requires one referential investment of US$ 55 millions.

Rendering of Public Telecommunications Services and assignment of the Band 2668 - 2692 MHZ in Lima, Callao, Trujillo and Lambayeque: and the Band 2668 - 2690 MHZ for the entire national territory
Special Public Concession
Special Public Bid, to award in concession the rendering of Public Telecommunications Services and assignment of the Band 2668 – 2692 MHZ in the Province of Lima, The Constitutional Province of Callao, The Province of Trujillo and the Department of Lambayeque: and the Band 2668 – 2690 MHZ at the entire national territory.
- Concession Term: 20 years, renewable according to the terms established in the contract.
- Financial Structure: concession, according to the article N° 14, of the SD 059-96 –PCM. Estimated investment of US$ 110 millions (approx)
- Modality of the Award Special Public Concession, in accordance with the article 4 of the SD N° 060 – 96 – PCM.
- Short – Listing Requirements: the firms or consortiums with experience as telecommunications operators and with enough financial sources.

- Process Status: carrying out the Process Terms and hiring of a financial adviser.
- Participation Fee: US$ 1,000 (One thousand and 00/100 American Dollars) included tax.
